Payments for course enrolment must be made in full prior to the commencement of training. Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and other secure options as specified during checkout.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available in accordance with Australian consumer protections for eligible cancellations. Requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of payment for a full refund, subject to course availability and completion status.

No refunds will be issued for partial attendance or after course materials have been accessed. In cases of course cancellation by onscreenk.org, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
